ALTGluten-free ramen with air fryer chicken
When you want ramen and also chicken nuggets.
Ingredients:
- Lotus Foods rice ramen
- Frozen edamame
- Trader Joe’s miso ginger broth
- Trader Joe’s frozen gluten-free chicken nuggets
- Feel Good Foods frozen spring rolls.
Steps:
- Boil water and cook the ramen according to package directions. Add the edamame at the same time.
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken nuggets and spring rolls in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping once. Make sure they’re cooked, don’t consume undercooked food. 😉
- Drain the ramen and edamame. Heat the broth in the same pot or microwave it in bowls.
- Add everything together, top with your favorite sauces, and enjoy!
