Gluten-free ramen with air fryer chicken

When you want ramen and also chicken nuggets.

Ingredients:

  • Lotus Foods rice ramen
  • Frozen edamame
  • Trader Joe’s miso ginger broth
  • Trader Joe’s frozen gluten-free chicken nuggets
  • Feel Good Foods frozen spring rolls.

Steps:

  • Boil water and cook the ramen according to package directions. Add the edamame at the same time.
  • Meanwhile, cook the chicken nuggets and spring rolls in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F, flipping once. Make sure they’re cooked, don’t consume undercooked food. 😉
  • Drain the ramen and edamame. Heat the broth in the same pot or microwave it in bowls.
  • Add everything together, top with your favorite sauces, and enjoy!
