Gluten-free pizza with chickpea flour

I made Gluten-free on a Shoestring’s Chickpea Crust Pizza, with a couple of changes:

  • I used sprouted chickpea flour.
  • I used a metal ovenproof skillet with lid instead of cast iron.

The result was chewy, cheesey, and good. The chickpea-parmesan combo was salty in a good way. Next time I’d add more tomatoes and a salad.
