
Ingredients:
- Lavash bread
- Hummus
- Chickpeas — I used Heyday’s coconut curry chickpeas.
- Chopped tomatoes
- Sliced cucumber
- Feta
Directions:
Spread hummus on wrap. Add a couple of spoonfuls of chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta. Roll up, tucking the ends in as you go. Slice in half and enjoy.
