Inspired by Yuka’s smoked salmon sushi wrap, I present the everything-but-the-bagel sushi wrap, which IMO improves on the original.

- Nori sheet
- Cooked white or brown rice
- Sliced avocado
- Pickled red onions
- Furikake seasoning
- Cream cheese
- Lox (smoked salmon)
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper, and put the nori sheet on top of it.
- In the middle of the nori sheet, add a quarter cup of rice and shape it into a square.
- Top the rice with salmon, cream cheese, avocado, onions, and seasoning.
- Fold the nori sheet together over the filling. You can wet the edges to get it to stick better.
- Wrap the parchment paper around the nori and turn it upside down, then leave it for a few minutes.
- Slice in half and enjoy like a sandwich.

Note that you’ll need to eat at least two of these to make it a meal. I ate the leftover toppings on an actual bagel the next day (without the rice and nori) and that was pretty good too.
